Have to go out this evening so I can't watch it live :(
Series link has been set so I'll catch up later. Looking forward to it but the judges are annoying me already - and that's only the trailers !!

Hopefully Paul has expanded his critique beyond 'that's gorgeous' or 'that's beautiful'.

Hopefully Biddy has just expanded her critique.

    :pac:

I don't know why Biddy is still there...

In my opinion she contributed less than nothing other than bland comments.

If she even mutters the word "moist/dry ahhh" with a "little smirky" look at Paul I'll probably.....Zzzzzz

Should have got Odlums Catherine in to call a spade a spade....

Has he time to make a fresh batch?

  • Registered Users Posts: 19,749 ✭✭✭✭grey_so_what

I forgot about the million ads on this......

Time to knit a jumper lads or jump on the grapes to make the wine......

They were that long if I remember last season...

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 3,972 ✭✭✭cofy

A sponge would take about 5 mins to mix and 15 to 20 mins to bake and about 10 to 15 mins to cool at worst he would need 40 mins, if they are still at the 1 hour to go he should have enough time.

  • Registered Users Posts: 19,749 ✭✭✭✭grey_so_what

Is that the same cardi from last season?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,186 ✭✭✭dee_mc

That's not much help to Dave now, telling him what he should have done.

He looks to be in bits.

Fecking disaster, isn't it? I'm dying for a bit of cake.

I'm liking Khade's excuse as to why the cake was a bit lopsided.

I'm still waiting for words of wisdom from Biddy......

She is scoffing her face off so far.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,186 ✭✭✭dee_mc

Rashercake is going on my list of things to try at least once ... along with Baileys on Cornflakes (instead of milk).

Plenty of Odlums advertising, I would have much prefered if they had Catherine as a judge.

Is this where the 'medicinal' comment comes in then?
Rosewater in cake is gak, in raspberry jam it's surprisingly nice though!
