I think she looks a bit mad for baking actually!.......Its like the Ballet costume the kids wear.......Maybe she's better at not wearing the flour like myself!!

+1 The judges were saying at the start that they were looking forward to the bakers putting their own twist on their bread, how original is making your own butter to put on the bread?

I don't know why they keep going on about yeast being challenging and talking about how bread isn't their thing. It's a baking show. If you aren't confident with yeast then you have no business being on it.
