Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    also, men of the match?

    Kompany, Toure and Aguero.

they stay fit, and whoever finishes above City definitely wins the league.

Pity about Mayo choking (again) in the biggie in Croker; otherwise, I'm really enjoying today!!

    That is a disgraceful post.

The power in that City team is something else... Kompany back changes everything for them. Leader and superb CB just gives them such a platform.

If you're a united fan this is just baffling.

Does anyone else think citys defence just seems impenetrable to UTD?

Well, we're hardly going to get a draw out of this. Might as well get the fantasy points. 4-1 isn't much better than 4-0

is van persie on the bench? will the bring him on?

I wonder will Moyes dig out the "this is the best I've seen the team play" excuse he used after the Liverpool game

Remember when we lost the title of goal difference?

If City score 5, I'll take that as a sign from above that I'm to turn back on GTA 5.

Cause a team has never lost the league on goal difference...

United's own fault really, for not having an effective way to attack. City haven't had to do much.

Yeah because titles are never settled on goal difference.

Might aswell go buy yourself a city jersey altogether.

Aye, but we've been so poor this season that a title challenge looks unlikely unless things change quickly.

I'd imagine United fans do too.

    Some "fans" seemingly don't.

Yet another day where I've been more annoyed by Moyes' tactics and selection more than the actual performance. So shocking.

Trust me Utd fans, it won't be the goal difference that gets you this year.

Rooney's agent will be penning a transfer request as we speak.

Exactly. Rooney is the only creative outlet for United. Welbeck is too inconsistent in front of goal. I would have liked to have seen Fellaini much higher up between Rooney and Carrick.

I don't want Valencia on the pitch again if Nani and Kagawa are fit. Same goes for Young. Would rather Hernandez play ahead of Welbeck. It's like Moyes is trying to play primarily English players or English style players for some reason.

Nothing to do with investment. All that talent on the bench and he brings on Cleverly. That's approaching the final straw regarding my opinion on Moyes.

Where is Leighton Baines when you need him... at full back and for set pieces

Have to say this is a great game to watch as a neutral but I see that Moyes still hasn't stepped up mentally to managing a top 2/3 team. I remember saying this a few weeks back and it doesn't look like much has changed :( United should be doing a lot better than this!

Will Fergie be pulling out the hairdryer one last time, or even a dramatic comeback? Can't see the fans or the board putting up with this for long.. the game and the expectations are so much higher than when Fergie originally took the job.

That's Chelsea, Liverpool and now City were utd have looked very very average. Can't remember a Utd team to create so little. Long may it continue

    Who's setting the world alight?

United have just as much chance as anyone still this season. If Moyes cops on.

Pretty sure he is an Arsenal fan.

Why though? Liverpool and United have not been in competition with each other for years. If anything, United help Liverpool finish slightly above mid table by beating the smaller clubs.

Come on City we're losing momentum here, would be great to push on for 5 or 6.
