My three guesses before the photo is attached

    Corylus avellana 'Contorta' "corkscrew Hazel"

Salix matsudana "Tortuosa "dragon’s claw willow" Great Name :-)

Robinia pseudoacacia 'Lace Lady' An attractive tree under used I think

No need to be too precious with hazel, except with twisted variety, you really need to be very aware and remove all straight growing shoots.

It's a messy tree which as it matures becomes a wide growing sprawling mess demanding high maintenance to keep in shape.

Look much better young but I'm no fan. Attracts a lot of white fly too!:(

Why are you pruning it? pruning would ruin the look of it. I've not pruned mine. Just remove rootstock suckers every year.
