I'm doing the triathlon in naas next wk and its a pool swim, has anybody any experience with this tri? how many swimmers per lane? whats the bike leg like? hilly, flat, ???? Its only my second tri to do so any advice on this particular event would be very helpful.

Its our club tri, nice race, only its second runnin...i think its 5 per lane over 5 waves, bike is lumpy enough, slightly longer at about 22k...run is nice, couple of little humps but nothin major...you'll enjoy it ;)

They said it would be available on Wednesday, but these things usually take longer than expected. Should see it sometime today I would expect.

5 per lane sounds fairly spacious, which is good. Pool swims can get every messy so hopefully no problems on Saturday. And hopefully I can hang onto the feet around me. :D

    Well done to everyone involved.

I believe congratulations go to mod BTH who not only took podium but took the top of the podium in what has to be the best ever example of how to hide your form.

    Welcome back dude!

Has anyone there got an entry they're not using this weekend?
I'd love to end my season off with this one, but it looks like it's sold out.

I was also hoping to do this as my first tri - but looks like entries are closed - don't suppose there are any other folks not using their entry for this?

Congratulations to joey100 on his 2nd place in the Killashee Triathlon today. Nice fast course, well organised, and a good vibe.

Well done Joe, and thumbs up Naas TC.
