Some weapons (e.g. the taser) have infinite ammo, but need to be recharged between each shot.

You can equip the taser while driving a car along with all pistols, smgs and explosives.

It sure is. Matte blue with either ultra or race blue pearlescent effect, I can't remember (using the glitch).

Long time reader, first time poster (in this thread).

I hopped back into free mode after doing a few races and was about to log off when I saw a player with a bounty nearby. So I spawned my Buzzard and flew over to investigate. As I got closer I saw that he was hiding out in a yacht so I figured he was untouchable. But I fired off one single rocket just in case...
