Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Ref is keeping cork in this.

I don't know how that wasn't a free out for Clare....

  • Administrators Posts: 54,110 Admin ✭✭✭✭✭awec

O'Donnell should have gone for a point there rather than another goal.

  • Moderators, Technology & Internet Moderators Posts: 4,621 Mod ✭✭✭✭Mr. G

    They had it!

    Ref is for cork definately

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 8,061 ✭✭✭keith16

1 game all star for O'Donnell?

  • Registered Users Posts: 3,963 ✭✭✭Meangadh

Four points isn't a whole lot, Cork clawing their way back. Jesus thought O'Donnell had another one for a second there!

well that first half lacked a bit of excitement .... :pac: :pac:

This game has been unreal so far. Amazing stuff, hope it continues in the same vein.

Podge Collins vision is something else.

Strange as it may seem after their display, the half time whistle was more of a relief to Clare than Cork.

    Wow.

Half time already, that just flew by.

Cork will be happy to be still in touch after that blitz by Clare

Didn't see the bird on his shoulder myself :-)

Ref looks to be trying to let the game flow. Lots of fouls not been given

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 39,583 ✭✭✭✭KevIRL

Cork hanging on in there again all the same. Will be well happy to get in only 4 points down at HT, Clare could be out of sight

Some of the defending has been pathetic. I mean it is a really exciting game, but Clare seem to be relapsing into the sloppy passing out of defence that cost them earlier in the season.... Bugler/McInerney have both given horrible passes out of defence.

As for Cork, they can't handle direct running through the middle or the likes of O'Donnell.

Pat Horgan has been excellent, Lehane has looked lively, McInerney has been very good, Conlon getting involved a lot.

How are Clare not out of sight

I think Cork will just do this

Have to agree , the ref seems to be trying his best to keep the score close. Some blatant fouls ignored, soft frees for cork. (That's from a neutral)

Clare need to get more of the puck outs, need to drive on, first 5 minutes of the 2nd half will be vital for either team going forward.

Shane O Donnell is this years Walter Walsh

3 goals, one off his right, one off his left, and one off his centre. Huge skill.

As a corkman who lives in cork the rubbish being spouted today and the past weeks has been nothing short of biased rubbish.

clare have been the better team in the game and a half so far, couple that with the small minded mentality of biased cork fans who let their parochial small mindedness blinker everything and abuse others who dare to question them.

  • Moderators, Technology & Internet Moderators Posts: 4,621 Mod ✭✭✭✭Mr. G

Ah jesus, you're man was a pure foul before the half time.

They'll get a soft point out of this now
