Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Just checking before going through the troubleshooting, as I've lost all the non-RTE channels.

    Virtually certain to be a problem at your end. You are aware that Freeview is the UK terrestrial service?

    Thanks Peter. Sorry - it was solved a bit later, but I've only just been able to get back online.
    Yes, I did know it's UK terrestial, but wasn't thinking straight when looking for the right forum (for some reason, when I saw the word 'terrestial' I thought 'analogue'!).
    What fixed it for me was the double rescan described here;

    Moved to Terrestrial. Its ironic you should say that though, the only platform still offering an analogue service now is cable.
