Ps3 controller on gamesnash ( import? )

I am looking to get second controller for ps3, but prices are damn mad for it!!! Gamesnash got a brand new controller for 39.99eu, which is the best price I can find so far. Thing is it is labaled as import... Is there any difference? Lower quality? Fake?

Those controllers are labelled as imported as they are in packaging for the south american market. The controllers inside are the exact same, genuine Sony controllers off the same production lines etc - it's just that rather than having packaging in English they are in Spanish / Portuguese.
