External Hard Drive 3.0

Hey guys I am looking for an external Hard - Drive. I am using it to back up my important data from my laptop.
Laptop has a 750GB hard drive so would like one at that is at least that size. I would ideally like it to be USB 3.0 compatable for faster back-up.
I need it quickly so ideally a Irish website or store. I have looked on cmemory.ie.
Where else is worth looking. My requirement below

Capacity: 750GB+
USB 3.0
Budget: About €60 if that is possible

Just had a look on D.I.D. Does anyone have any experience with the Intenso Brand of Hard Drives. I have a Voucher for D.I.D so if it is a good one, I will only need to add €30 to the voucher.

Amazon would probably be as fast to deliver as any of the Irish websites.

Can't see any info on the "Cache". I noticed some HD's had only 8Mb of Cache while other have only 8Mb. Was considering that one too.
Would appreciate opinions on the Intenso Brand of HD, considering it because I have a €50 voucher for D.I.D so the drive would effectively cost me €30. Not sure when else I would want something from there.
Should I expect slower read speed from a 2.5 HD..
Can I plug this directly into a super slim PS3? Do I need to create a seperate partition or format the HD to a particular format
