Not sure about the mens but the womens doesn't have great support and as a slightly larger chested lady, I felt a little on show!

Wear something under it?

They're fine for training and working out on the turbo, most people pick up a club suit or buy a decent one with flat stitching, better materials and better pads for regular racing.
