I've been in Oz since the start of June and I'm looking into what I should do for Xmas and new year's. There's 7 of us staying in a house together but 2 are going home for a month, 1 is going to Canada, 1 is going to Thailand and then there's 3 of us left but the 2 of them work 28 days on and 9 days off so they might be…

I've been in Oz since the start of June and I'm looking into what I should do for Xmas and new year's. That leaves me on my own. We met 2 english lads who said Bondi beach is the best bet but everywhere would be booked out by now. Anywhere else I could go where there would be people in a similar situation?

I'm based in Brisbane, btw.
