Voicemail greeting when overseas

Quick question. I don't have a personalised voicemail message, just the standard "O2 Lady" who says my number and then people leave a message. Quick question.

So my question is, I was in France and on the Orange network most of the time, if an Irish number calls me, I know they get the international dial tone but do they hear O2 lady if it goes to voicemail, or will they get the French message?
