Flight Simulator 10 badly upset by Radeon Catalyst 13.9 drivers

    Warning fellow Simmers.... FSX grinds to a halt if you install the latest Catalyst drivers from AMD, V.13.9. The Beta 13.10 is not better.

    My PC has an AMD RADEON HD 7970 GPU with a P9X79 Pro motherboard, 12 GB of RAM and an i7-3930k processor.
