    Hi! I have recently started swimming again and I wanted to ask if anyone had some swim programs to share from beginners then to slowly build up. Also any tips/programs on how to build endurance?

    I found when starting back that most improvement is made when training regularly with a club or an ongoing masters session. I wouldnt be too concerned that others in the group would be much faster cos if you keep at it, you will get better.
