    Hi,

    I canceled my eicom servce on the 11th September by phone.
    I sent the e-mail that was required.
    I got an automated reply to the email, but nothing that confirms that you have received my cancelation.
    Should I have got a letter or follow-up e-mail?

    I can confirm the cancellation e-mail was received on the 11/09/13. The account is due to be fully ceased on the 13/10/13.

    I sent you a PM with all the details.
