any word on when capoue is back?

    Anji v Spurs

    Spurs -1 @ 13/10.
    Spurs -2 @ 7/2.

Anji bottom of league with 6 points from 11 games.
    CSKA Moscow top with 26.

Not looking bad now, but I would have been freaking out for the first half an hour.

sick if you backed us -2, you'd have spent the 2nd half roaring at the tele, 'c'mon yis cnuts' :D:D:D

What kind of odds can you get on Spurs been awesome in the 1st half and awful in the 2nd half. Thats a dead cert these days.

If you think it will be like last night and we'll score two in the first half and then do nothing in the second half, then you can get 11/2 on 2-0.

Personally I think it will be 1-0 (11/2).

Though a safer bet is under 2.5 goals @ evens.

For that bet to come up all the other handicaps have to come up also though.

I'm actually a hoor for backing against us. My rationale is I will be delighted to be wrong and rewarded financially for being miserable.

What do you mean?.. All it means is if Spurs finished 15 points or less behind the Champions the bet wins and if they finish 16+ points behind the bet loses, same as any handicap.

    Cracking bet though

"Winner will be determined only after the handicap is added to all listed teams at the end of the regular season."

Yeah, I thought the same originally, we were 11/1 with a +16 handicap, Everton +25, Swansea +34 etc.... Probably a safe EW bet though (1/5 odds for places 1,2,3,4)

Ah ok ya I see now sorry... weird bet that is

soldado to score first about 5/1. money back offer from Paddy Power if game ends a draw if your bets a loser. worth a little wager me thinks.

    Betting v Sheriff..

    -1 @ 1/1.
    -2 @ 11/4. *nap*

Sheriff have drawn with Tromso and Angie!!

A few stats from the season so far -

Spurs have scored first in 11 of 13 games this season and have not lost a game from a winning position.

The north London side have won their last four away matches in all competitions, also without conceding a goal.

Tottenham have a 100% record from four games in the Europa League this season and are yet to concede a goal.

Rubin @ 5/4 to beat Wigan.
    Spurs - 2 @ 23/10
    Fiorentina -1 @ 5/6
    Swansea - 1 @ 11/10
    Valencia -1 @ 7/5

I'm avoiding Valencia, their loss to Swansea has but doubt in my mind.

    Swansea -1
    Lyon -1
    Frankfurt -1
    Fiorentina -1
    Spurs -1

    Accy = 38/1

  • Registered Users Posts: 345 ✭✭curraghyid

    Frankfurt
    Swansea
    Salzburg
    Florentina
    Spurs

    Acu 10/1

    Valencia tempting but too inconsistent

    Valencia -1 @ 7/5

    Looking good! :)

We are 11/10 for -2 at home to Sheriff.
Normally i would say that a gimme..
    But not so sure..
Then again, its not a typical prem team coming looking for damage limitation... i reckon Sheriff will go for it!!

Sheriff looked to be good on the counter in the last game.

By you're logic maybe safer to go 'both teams to score' @ 6/5.

Spurs at 9/2(there may be better)is generous odds now, bookies only giving us a less than 20% chance, with kompany and silva out afaik! this represents a value bet! these odds deserve a tenner of my previously hard won money .
