Upgrade time, anything worth getting/waiting for?

I'm due two upgrades which is handy as my wifes phone is nackered.. I've a Galaxy S4, had a HTC One but didn't like it.. Gonna get the missus an S4, anything worth getting on my own upgrade or worth holding out for? I'm with emobile incase that matters..

Upgrading from a galaxy s4 already?
They are pretty much the top end phones right now.
The note 3 and nexus 5 are out soon and may be worth a look.

I got the S4 a while ago, it's getting replaced under warranty so was gonna sell it n go for something new.. might go for the note 3, was looking at the note 2 a while back...
