buying a house in Griffin Rath

Interested in buying on one of the 3 bedroomed townhouses in Griffin Rath. There seems to be 3 units unsold and partially unfinished by the builder and have been lying idle for a couple of years. Anyone know if there was problems with them?

Never heard of any issues and I live relatively close. Bit far outside the town but it is walkable, nobody has ever taken up the shops built in it.
