Looking for an app to record delivery signatures

    Hey

    In work we use the outdated sign on a piece of paper to record deliveries. I'm looking for a free app to record delivery signatures.
    I've looked on the play store and saw some but they are very elaborate compared to what I want.

    All I want is something where I can enter, the customers name, order number, how many parcels, type in the name of the person receiving and store a copy of there signature.

    Anyone seen something like that or am I looking for too much. :D

    Could you not do that on your planner/calender.
    Failing that theres a notepad on most androids. Just fill in the info there.

    Start with a Galaxy Note with Stylus, get them to sign the tablet screen..

    There's definitely an app for it as one of the regular delivery guys into our place has our names pre recorded and we just sign his phone, think its a HTC phone.
