I have not received a letter with my account number

    Hi,
    Three weeks ago I opened a personal account in your bank. After a week a received pin number for VisaDebit card, and two  days later I got the card itself. However, until now I have not received my account number. I wonder if this is normal, or how long do I need to wait to get the account number?

    You should have received your account number by now.
    The fact that you have received your Visa Debit card means the account was opened successfully. If you call your branch, they can offer assistance with your account details.
