WANTED - carpenter to build a specific door

I checked with a Mod and he suggested posting in this forum.
I have found an internal door that I want for a bathroom that we are renovating. Problem is that this was found on a US site and I can't source the door here. Therefore, it might be easiest to get it made (or easier to just use an ordinary door, but hey ho!!!).

I understand that I may have to source the glass myself, but I would like to discuss this also.
