Hello all I have just got myself an Alloment for next year,now here is where I need help, I did grow veg in my back garden but last year I built a shed and could not have picked a worse year to do this, but it's finished now and I am not digging another sod from the garden, any way the Alloment was not worked last year…

Hello all I have just got myself an Alloment for next year,now here is where I need help, I did grow veg in my back garden but last year I built a shed and could not have picked a worse year to do this, but it's finished now and I am not digging another sod from the garden, any way the Alloment was not worked last year where do I start it's full of weeds and stones, I was offered by the person who owns the land to spray and run the tractor over it and I gladly accepted. How do I prepare now for next year O and I want to grow Garlic can I plant this October.
