Hi, I am after a pup from my current cocker dog and I am looking to mate him with a working cocker bitch to get a pup of same.

He has got very good breeding. He came from England originally and I can dig out the papers.

Has anyone got a very good cocker bitch that they are thinking about breeding from.?

    I'm in the Roscommon Area

No had no joy - my lad is getting on now as he is nearly nine but I would live to breed him as he was a class dog with a brilliant temperament -

Can't leave my hands on pedigree - just found Kennel Club Papers

I don't think its possible register a pup though cause he is too old?

    Sire- tinvoher Luke
    Dam - ballincolie Primrose

He is nine now but was a serious dog and I would
Love to get a pup off him.
Paid big money for him but worth every Penney

    Hi ROSSKI,

The upper age limit for a sire I believe is 12 years and a dam is 8.

    Cheers,

    Max

Yeah, they are the age limits that you can register a litter from. They do make exceptions but not too often.
