with the exception of the advertising thread I can't help but notice that this place has taken a bit of a down turn in terms of interest in the last while. I think a lot of discussion / thought / stream of consciousness has moved onto facebook, either on personal pages or professional / groups.

what do ya think or have I not being paying close enough attention?

For me it's a time thing. Had no wifi from Friday-Monday.

Spent yesterday catching up.

Today being sick.

...then there was coaching, and supervising the fit out of RF Mk2.

...oh and 2 training sessions (which remain unlogged)

Stared 2 new websites. Did some work on my book. Kept in touch with people who give me €€€ for advice.

Makes it hard to fit anything meaningful on boards in.

Which is why I mostly like posts and write one line replies.

Funny i thought everyone had 3G on their phones. I also thought you fitness people worked only few hours a day with loads Of in between time .

But I agree with the vitirol comment too. Look at the bulletproof diet thread there's someone in there who has made good progress has found an eating style that he can follow consistently with his life style and he's been told he's doing things wrong. FFS the number one rule which every single fitness pro will agree on is that what you can do consistently even if its not text book perfect is the optimum path for you.
