Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi,
I was summonsed to court for a motor offence. The court date as earlier this week an the prosecuting Garda didnt show up. It has now been scheduled for a date in a few weeks. What happens if the Garda in questions fails to show up again. I really just want the case to be finished with for my own peace of mind.

if the second time he doesnt turn up the judge might throw it out depends on his mood and the seriousness of the offence but normally hed adjourn it a 3rt time and if he doesnt turn up than either itll be stroke out.
