    No changes required for the time being but it's nice knowing we can bring on Holtby, Defoe and Lamela and not weaken (perhaps even strengthen?) the team. Add Sando to that list too, who I'd bring on after 80 minutes if we're still leading.

    No point in holtby when we can't get the ball. Sandro is needed to break up the play
