Verts fell asleep for Chelsea's goal. Total ball watching, and left Terry through. Really bad defending.

They'll win it unless something changes.

I think that's the right change too, Soldado hasn't played well enough

Lloris again with an outstanding save.

    Where's our midfield gone?

  • Registered Users Posts: 6,946 ✭✭✭SuprSi

That's a bollox decision from the ref, Torres did nothing wrong there

Makes up for the red Torres should have got earlier

Don't get me wrong, I'll not complain but if it went the other way I'd be absolutely livid

There was intent there from Torres, mike dean had given him enough chances. Defoe should of scored.

  • Registered Users Posts: 6,946 ✭✭✭SuprSi

    One more chance

    Great derby game

I think soldado and eriksen were surprised with the intensity , both were heavily involved in the goal however

We were a bit better in first half but they were excellent in the second half and would have beaten us if not for Torres going off

Torres was in frightening form , he deserved red though

Dembele was excellent , best performance from him in a long time

    Happy with result

Very disappointed with that tbh, some very poor performances there from Soldado (aside from the lay-off of course) and Eriksen in particuar. Surprised that Townsend was taken off - Chadli didn't really do anything of note and Townsend was having a good game. Chelsea really deserved the point at least and had Torres not been sent off I feel they would probably have won.

A point at home to Chelsea is a point at home to Chelsea I guess

I'm not unhappy with the draw. We were poor in 2nd half.

Lloris made a huge save to keep us in it.

top of the league .....great game finally kicked into life .

the amount of times walker gave me a mini heart attack was countless.

how can a right footed player be afraid to try cross the ball & get past his man....

naughton didnt to anything wrong esp be played out of position like he was..

PS COME ON SWANSEA later... Michu FTW ;-)

He sure did. He really makes you sweat when he comes running out to punch the ball but to be fair to him he always gets it and clears it well!

I don't think he's afraid to, I wouldn't be surprised if he's been told not to considering how ****e he is a crossing & shooting!

Ray Stubbs asked AVB if he was going to "heal his relationship with Mourinho". AVB just walked off.

  • Registered Users Posts: 6,946 ✭✭✭SuprSi

What a stupid question to ask FFS, glad AVB walked off

  • Registered Users Posts: 6,910 ✭✭✭Sugarlumps

Is Stubbs trying to be the new Geoff Shreeves.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 1,405 ✭✭✭Lightbulb Sun

Asked Mourinho the same question! Silly stuff to be asking.

Walked away cos it had nothing to do with the game , not cos he has a problem with Jose
