Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hello,

I've got an iphone 4 and today I upgraded to the ios7 software.

After upgrade, everything seemed fine until I checked my Contacts, Messages and Photos - half were missing. The phone is also switching off by itself every 2 minutes then turning back on automatically.

I've googled the issue but cant find anything regarding the phone switching off.

I went into the Apple store but had to book an appointment - earliest one is tomorrow evening.

I'd like to get my phone sorted before then if possible.

Has anyone else had this problem where there phone is switching on / off by itself and have been able to resolve it??

    Thank you  :pac:

I have a problem in that loads of my contacts and calendar appointments are gone . . Its like 1 years of my contacts are gone, but my wife has all my calendar appointments on her phone (she didn't update, but has a completely separate account).

WTF is wrong with these companies. This isn't the first time I have had trouble with my contacts. Its a poxy phone, having a reliable phonebook is very basic stuff . .

Have you looked under calendar settings for sync all events and not just last x months?

    Thanks for the suggestion

Where do I check that ? Anytime I load up iTunes I can never find that page (where you pick and choose specific things to sync - calendar/emails etc

YOu have to have your device connected to to iTunes via PC/laptop in order to see the synch options.

Click on the device name on the left hand side sidebar. (If you can't see a sidebar choose view, then show sidebar) Click on device name on left. Then click on the 'Info' tab at the top, which will give you your synch options for contacts, calendar, mails & bookmarks. clicking the other tabs (info, music, photo's etc) gives you your synch options for those.
