Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

How long to wait after physio before training?

I'd physio last night on my back and neck to help a football injury. It's sore today because he spent a good while using his elbow on it but I feel ok. My weights program has be in the gym today - is it safe to train the day after or should I wait a few days?

I'd ask the physio since he knows what the injury is and how long it'll take to heal before you can go back to the gym.

This is really a question for your physio. Going to have to lock this thread, sorry.
