Sky vs UPC

I'm undecided between Sky and UPC.

    Sky 24Mb is 30euro/month.
UPC 50Mb is 48euro/month in average.

I just don't know if I'm going to need nore than 24Mb...

Rarely I'm going to play PS3 online, rarely I'm playing movies with netflix.

Most of times I play an old PC game with people on the other side of the planet, just browse and do some torrents that never use the full bandwidth because the seeders are slow.

Any way most of the times the router blocks everything above 17Mb/s, unless netflix on the TV and PS3 (they are connected through cable).

Eh, it's €39 according to their site:

€50 gets you this for six months (then €66):

Sky have better TV offering and hardware seems to be better.

Broadband is worse with no definite date for Sky to offer fibre to the cabinet.

Sky just worked out too expensive when I investigated it last month. Some people are happy to pay a premium though.

Sky for TV. UPC for broadband. If cost isn't primary factor, that's the best stop.

Or free to air TV and then UPC for broadband would be a good choice.

Ok, so I'll use UPC for the broadband for now.

Later if I want TV I'll go for SKY Satellite maybe.

    Thanks.
