Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Feel sorry for Rooney and Nani today being surrounded by such inept play

  • Registered Users Posts: 8,500 ✭✭✭Your Airbag

Anderson was incredibly stupid then. He ran right at the West brom player when Nani had him leaving a big gap in midfeild and the ball was just passed into midfeild as there was so much room because Anderson vacated it

They were able to work the move and score. Poor positioning and awareness from Ando, thank god he is off.

As I said earlier in the week Rio has to be phased out now.

IMO teams target him and see him as a weak link. I know as a fan that's how I see him as well.

I hope Westbrom score again and beat us , there's been a cancer present at manutd which will only be patched up if we are embarrassed , scraping wins after these types of performances on patches up the cracks

No credence being given to the fact that they were both very good goals that not a lot of defenders could have done much about? Attacking play has been dire but it was like this last season in defense without Vidic, hardly anything new...

Im angry that a title winning team has been this poor for the majority of the season so far
    The same exact players....

United played this bad last season as well just got away with rvps brilliance and the top teams being even worse

Has Vidic an injury or just rested?

  • Registered Users Posts: 712 ✭✭✭SweepTheLeg

Vidic always carried Rio, you's are really missing him today. If it was just Vidic out there on his own it wouldn't be so bad.

Just checked the scores after being out of coverage.

Moyes should be shot for that team selection. Rests almost everyone on Wednesday and then chooses that team.

Yep, quite a turnaround from when he was the one letting down an excellent defence on front of him.

Or actually get the right manager in the first place? A manager that has pedigree of winning, CL experience etc etc

  • Registered Users Posts: 14,193 ✭✭✭✭Kerrydude1981

Its the difference in the build play between both teams,Utd have been mortal slow,I know WBA are getting bodies behind the ball but Utd have to pick up the tempo a bit

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 8,161 ✭✭✭Cypher_sounds

Has RVP touched that ball yet? If Moyes was saying he will play the guys who merit a start then I don't know how rio started today.
Jan for Kags was a shocking substitution at that time seems like a panic or else done with arrogance thinking ahead already about the CL game.

You do realise the same board would be appointing the new manager? think about what you are saying. the reaction when a team isn't firing is not to get rid of a manager when we are still in September

What some people don't realise is that when Fergie took over united were in a bad place and Fergie being a winner and having that unbelievable drive and determination to win, drove this club all the way to the top.
Now we are current champions and sometimes you can't turn people into winners which maybe the case with moyes..but I'm not judging yet.

I dont want to see him gone now, makes no sense. Granted I wish he was sacked but I was being pessimistic and pissed off

End of the season will do
