Where can I get vent (hopper) window?

I need small toilet vent window (hopper?), 24x81 cm, as simple as possible, with thin frame (aluminum or PVC) - doesn't have to be "energy efficient". Something like: http://www.harveybp.com/product.aspx?pid=23 Appreciate any directions in Dublin area (+50km)?
