Advice on how to proceed with deposit amount discrepancy. I deposited cash in branch (e500) the amount showing on the receiver statement shows e300. Looking for some advice on how to go about resolving this issue, do I have any recourse as the holder of the deposit slip?

Hi mistakd,

Please contact the branch you made the deposit in. A representative can request this is looked into for you.

You may have to produce a copy of the receipt which shows €500 was lodged so we can locate your funds asap for you.
