eircom e fibre.. not a clue

Hi guys, Im Not very technically minded at all.so We just got the e fibre broadband installed yesterday. However someone switched off the router and when I switched it back on all that has come on is the power light... The internet DSL ad wi fi lights had all been on but now nothing... Any ideas how to get it workin??!
