Hi, Im a 24 year old male, and I have been sick four times the past two months and I don't think that is right. I dont eat fruit and vedge every day but other than that the food I do eat is ok. I have a history of eating disorders up until my late teens. So my question is would drinking an ensure everyday help my immune…

And do you think she would prescribe me them or are they only for drug addicts and old people ?
