Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Does his tshirt say "welcome back Luis Suarez"?

Is he referring to himself in the third person now..

No it's for his new baby

6/1 last night. 11/2 best price today. Some books had him as low as 3/1 just before KO.

    Incredible price tbf

Not a good performance from Liverpool, in fact there were some stinkers in terms of individual performances, but three more points in the bag nonetheless.

13 points from 6 games, compared to only 5 points after 6 games last season.

20 points for me today I made him Captain :D Also Sturrigde got me 12 too :D

I'm liking the SAS partnership .

Don't know why people are whingeing. Arsenal only won by the skin of their teeth yesterday and United and City were beaten fairly handily. I don't think any team this season has had an easy game.

    very happy :)
still a lot of mistakes to iron out for liverpool, but its a good result and exactly what we needed.
also great to see Mr Suarez score 2 and for Mr Sturridge seems to like him being there too :

Have to say Toure was a beast today, he was everywhere.. Sturridge was good but at times wasteful, nice goal and two assists.. Suarez was good too... We came alive in parts in the secondhalf.. center mid still dodgy at times... Don't care, 3 pts in the bag.. hopefully we start playin to our potential soon..

I think this a game we would have drawn or lost 12 months ago so that is progress.

Think the SAS partnership is going to be a great one.

Mingolet did make a few mistakes. He also made some good saves. What's the problem

Well my problem now is your not reading what I've just said.

Look at my posts, I've made my point

Thought that was very comfortable for Liverpool to be honest. Once they started to close down the long range shots after the goal, that is.

I'l take that, wasn't pretty but 3 points in the bag.

He made a few mistakes in the first half and was at fault for the goal. Hard to argue with that surely. The fact that he made some other good contributions doesn't negate that. After my original point he made a couple of good contributions, a few good claims/punches and set up the move for the last goal nicely.

Hardly the over exaggeration that you seem to be claiming. If a keeper makes a few mistakes it is far more critical potentially than most other positions.

hopefully this will kick us on, get a bit of consistency about our play back. we weren't as flat going forward today which was important, and also expected thanks to suarez. same lapses in concentration at the back though, ball watching and falling down :s we really need a big performance though against a top team, that will convince me that we are on the right track.

Sunderland were awful. I was talking to my friends last night about Di Canio and think about it this way, a board of highly respectable and wealthy gentlemen gathered around last season and went "should we remove Martin O Neill and replace him with the fascist and crazy Paulo Di Canio?" and the majority answer around the table was "yes". think about it on those terms. insane. he sold sessegnon (one of their best) and has buried the club to the bottom of the league before getting the boot. i fear for them this season, extremely poor side.

Anybody got a gif of the face Toure pulled after the tackle on Giacchierini in the first half. It was kinda a "Get up out of that" face.
