Noise Cancelling Headphones

I am looking to get a decent pair of noise cancelling headphones, would anybody be able to recommend me a pair for reasonable price (<€60). I seen a pair on Amazon but I can't seem to get any reviews other than the amazon reviews.
If anyone could point me in the direction of a good value/decent pair it would be appreciated.

Bought a set of these a while ago and found them pretty good for the price.

Not quite the quality of Sennheiser but good value for money. Enjoy.

I have the Bose Quiet Comfort ones. They are a LOT more expensive but they're pretty good.
It's hard to imagine how good the €16 pair are. My guess is that it's a case of 'you get what you pay for'.
Hope it works out either way.
