    I'm T-EIIR3. Using DVB-T stick.
Not always online due to the dreadful internet here in North Clare.

Just to update, the coverage from the receiver (T-EICK2) is a bit down, getting a new receiver from FR24 within the next few weeks which will have the latest MLAT mod to have uninterrupted coverage in the South. :)

Keep me posted then and let me know when you receive it with new ID etc for the receiver.
Can you also let me know if FR24 assign the designator or you do?

    What location are you?

    Thanks.

Some idiot decided to shine a laser at one of our aircraft, next thing he knew was that he was getting surrounded by helicopters with guns pointing towards him, I'm not sure it they ever allowed him out of jail :)

Has anyone (else) actually ever encountered this and seen it for themselves on the ground?
I used to live in a top floor apartment and it would regularly happen, the light is very intense, especially at short range and it would reflect all around the room like disco lights, so I can only imagine what it is like for aircrew.

    Check these out:

With regard to the high level traffic flying over the Dublin/Wicklow area enroute to the States etc. What frequency of ATC would they be in contact with at that time? Can this be picked up on the Live ATC app?

    Thanks

Saw the ISS (International Space Station) route overhead at a rate of knots tonight, just after 23:00, looked for it on FR24, no sign, must not have ADS-B

Either Shannon higher for high altitude https://www.liveatc.net/search/?icao=einn (first one) or Shannon lower for lower altitude https://www.liveatc.net/search/?icao=eikn. Possibly Dublin too http://www.liveatc.net/search/?icao=eidw (third one)

RYR24KZ Dublin to Pisa turning back to Dublin requested hold at Sorin to burn off fuel. Had requested not above FL80 before this to test pressure gauge, said their control had ordered them back.

I see a new Feeder F-EICK1 was activated in the Cork area today. Should help improve MLAT coverage somewhat.

Just FYI, it'll be back again tonight at 21:49. It'll appear from WSW direction, reaching a height of 50 degrees, and will take 5 mins to pass over us before disappearing ESE.

    Won't appear on F24 though. Rats. ;)
