Was there just a near miss there (@14:24)?

    http://www.flightradar24.com/BEE7PV/3582459
    was at 10,188 ft

    http://www.flightradar24.com/EIN451/357f0c8
Was at 9,800 ft on the same heading, adjacent to the one above and suddenly diverted east

Might have been a FR24 blip as I had just gone onto the website. Each aircraft was in the same place, so I assumed vertical seperation, but there was none when I looked, and the EI moved at the same time.

Probably just a blip - there was nothing on the ATC feed to suggest anything unusual.

Slightly off topic but I have to post it. I was showing this app to a friend of mine in the pub when another guy approached us asking me about the app, he was amazed with it and asked me to download it for him which I did using the WIFI.

Anyway I met him about a week later and he was giving out mad that the app was rubbish as he could see no planes on it, I asked him for a look and it was fine showing all the planes so that was grand he returns later to say it wasn't working again so I grabbed the phone of him and the first thing I see is the airplane symbol on top!!!!

He was putting the phone in airplane mode every time he used the app..:D:D

  • Registered Users Posts: 3,317 ✭✭✭davo2001

Just saw the G-OZBT Monarch plane get struck at Shannon, must not of effected him as he is still continuing to do touch and goes.

    Edit: Landed now. Seems OK.
