    LOL

Getting Twitter in a frenzy cos the local ITV station made a story out of it. People saying prayers and stuff..fair enough, but the amount of this stuff we see on this thread :p

Who are this lot on Twitter? https://twitter.com/airlivenet

Always giving confirmation of things like planes landing safely but they have it mere seconds after the event! It's like they're just watching fr24 like everyone else......that is not neccessarily confirmation of a safe landing.

    Hmm.

@airlivenet according to Jet2 it's diverted to man due to a minor issue, you don't dump fuel for a minor issue!

  • Registered Users Posts: 165 ✭✭windowspotter

Gear alarm issue according to that airlivenet crowd

I never understood Jet2's logic in replacing ageing 737 classics with ageing 737 NG's, not saying there's an issue with there aircraft but it's to be expected there will be more tech faults with older aircraft - Jet2 have had a serious amount of tech diversions recently when compared with much larger airlines.

TNT 146-300 on a positioning flight, tracking southwest over NI and heading for... Shannon?

Only at 28,000 ft so should be a good sight.
