I just heard the AF747 departing DUB about 15 mins ago. In the words of the kid who has me awake because of his earache, it sounded very "planey and loud." Quite accurate.

Do DUB usually use both 28 and 34 during very busy periods? I've only heard two runways used at once when a larger aircraft has requested it before.

Nothing too unusual with both UAE & SIN having a380's over the west of the country at the moment although the Emirates is coming from YYZ . Can't say I've seen an a380 from there before?
