Is he going to do a massive loop? Surely he's going to turn back to Ireland at some point...

    RYR46AQ made it down?

  • Registered Users Posts: 5,902 ✭✭✭Chris_5339762

    Yup.

Landing at Cork is usually a bumpy affair at the best of times... reckon there are some soiled underpants on that flight tonight...

Looks like the Ryanair from Palma is going to have a go at RWY17 at ORK, followed by the EI from Amsterdam after its little excursion over the coast...

  • Registered Users Posts: 10,179 ✭✭✭✭fr336

http://www.flightradar24.com/EIN38J/4800da3 going to make an approach at SNN, in the event of a go around straight off to DUB

Fr109 did a weird s pattern before approach, why was that?

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,423 ✭✭✭V_Moth

RYR109 now coming in to land in Dublin Airport after diverting from Cork. The other diverted RYR (FR905) is close behind.

FR7888 is trying Cork as is EIN84X by the looks of it.

An offday for that pilot... diverting from Shannon to Cork THEN to Dublin and fouling up his approach vector on the way in!

Just for posterity, EIN84X's holding pattern:

I think diversion decisions are mainly in the hands of Ryanair control when it comes to the airport specified.
