    What happened here?

Might be that Turkish wanted to divert to an airport with their own staff presence for pax issues. Hence the return across the Irish Sea...might be to MAN or BHX?

On ei flight from bhx that landed at about 1630. Was crazy fog, couldn't see the end of the wing!

Stuck in Glasgow waiting on ei3227, an hour late already.

What are the chances of getting home at all tonight?

There's a weather warning for fog in place till 10 pm. I know it doesn't really answer your question but I'd be prepared to wait a bit longer anyway

Just checked departures and ei 3226 to Glasgow has left (according to DAA website) since about half four. You might be in luck yet.

    Is anything landing?

Looks like things are moving at the moment. Little bit of holding and skies look relatively busy but planes appear to be getting in (from flight radar. I'm not actually there!)
