pretty much rubbish of an article
from what i know anyone who wants to buy booze or cigs from age 15 or so will easily find a way to do it.
Sales regulation ? All Irish sites have already signs 18y old only, same goes for the shops. So whats there to implement what Sellers already have implemented.
Pharma wants licensing-because its second biggest revenue they would get from evolving e-cigs.
tobbaco companies loosing chunks of market every year by millions.
So research-governments wont fund it,because tobbaco is third if not second biggest revenue income after alcohol, and oil.
Pharmacies would only fund it to try and find any gaps that would benefit them in selling licenses in exchange for quality control.
its a bit of a joke when they say no proper research has been done, not a single country in the world given at least couple mill do proper research on them since its mostly 3-4 ingridients that come with the juice. But i guess its better to stick few mill around top of the chain into someones pockets and write rubbish articles that, suddenly are concerned about children,or second hand smoke :pac:
