Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Never a big fan of Harry Ramsden's despite being a big fish and chips man. where are the best fish and chips in Ireland? Nice topic for a bank holiday Monday(everyone has an opinion on this in my experience) We seem like a fairly diverse group in terms of geography and age. My top three are Kettle of fish in Gort, Reel Dingle fish in Dingle (obviously) and the Fish Wife in Cork. Kettle of fish is probably my favourite (branch in Galway city as well).
Had fish and chips in Rick Stein's place in Padstow, Cornwall a few years ago, that was outstanding but no better than Kettle of fish if I'm honest.

I'm an infrequent gambler but I never ever bet each way unless it's 50 to 1 or more. He'll win won't he?:P

Now where do you go for fish and chips, not much decent grub out around Drom:pac:

Each way is 5 places at quarter odds!

I'd say go to Rossi's in Charleville or Perozzi in NCW for the fish and Chips :)

Savage Pizza's in Rossi's but that's for a different day.
I understand the odds and all, I practically lived in a bookie shop when I was in college, each way just doesn't interest me, I'm a **** or bust man:o

Apparently the "big hitters / professionals / guys that lose less than normal" will rarely go e/w on anything with mid - high odds.
Instead they'll go e/w on shorter priced nags, 4,5,6,7/1 shots... Where they feel there's a pretty good chance of breaking even (place) or profit (win). Smaller profits, but less risky in the long run. They prob wouldn't be betting big on the national though :)

If you backed two 16/1 shots at the national, you'll need one of them to place to make a small profit. Two €5 e/w bets would cost you €20 and return €25 in that instance.
Not for me, go big or go home on the three legged ones, I'm with you on this one Swiper ;)
