Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

To be honest when someone says something on twitter is sickening then I am not going to go near it! Although in this case I am guessing its probably not as saying someones girlfriend and a dog implies!

If its not suitable for family viewing surely twitter shouldn't allow it to be posted on there? Or does it have a setting so only over 18s accounts can view it or something?

They must surely have some software that can take down a video if need be. There must be a safety net in case someone like IS posted something really bad.

Whoever it is I am guessing they are going to get in a fair bit of trouble so we may well find out one way or another. Not really something that you are going to be able to find an excuse to justify it. Probably best not speculate on who it actually is.

Abbey Farmer is the lassies (slight pun intended) name. Not sure if she's Walkers missus but it's 100% her. Her Twitter account is deleted and the are loads of pics conforming it's her thanks to her unique tattoo.

Have to worry about what she'll do next can only imagine how she is feeling right now must be horrible. How is she ever going to get a job again?!

Could go either way I suppose... Might even make her a star. But ya, hope she doesn't do anything to harm herself.

Hmmm I think even todays internet would struggle to make a celebrity out of this. Safe to say she wasn't in her right mind at the time surely on something to do that and now its more than likely going to haunt her forever. Even if you did make a video of something really stupid like that surely the next day you are more than likely going to be in a position to delete it although I guess if you have "friends" willing to record something like that they will probably find it funny to post it on the internet too.

Leading on from the newspaper discussion in the matchday thread the best national paper (which happens to be from Cork) is running this story:

    http://www.irishexaminer.com/breakingnews/ireland/survey-finds-irish-people-need-to-become-familiar-with-their-home-country-674559.html
"More than a third of Irish people are unable to find Cavan on a map, a survey by Jury's Inn has found"

    Sorry Lemlin :pac:

Poor bastards don't know what they're missing in the party county - Costa Del Cavan!

As for you Mr P, I would have expected an attack on my beloved county from one of those reprobates like Swiper but not your good self. We had a mutual love for Mickey T and you've crushed it.

You cut me deep Mr P, real deep.

I brought a group of kids on a school tour a few years back. Myself and 2 other teachers went on the lash in paris the night before euro Disney and had a raging hangover there. One of the students felt sick so I suggested he go to the cinema in euro Disney Bambi was on. Someone had to bring him. That 2 hour kip was a godsend.

I'm actually really cool I just decide not to be on boards so people don't feel uncomfortable due to all the cool floating about. She despises sport with a passion but if she did play she would probably win.

Maybe I'm just old and grumpy but I think the idea of wanting to facilitate a 21 to be the President is ludicrous. To go to the expense and effort of a constitutional referendum on the subject is beyond mad. An emphatic NO from me. Any 21 who would want to be President of Ireland is a fcked up puppy to begin with and shouldn't be let anywhere near the Aras.
