Watching Streams Help

Hi, first of all I am not great with computers! I currently try to watch soccer games on <snip> or similar sites. However these are unreliable and keep freezing and have to be refreshed repeatedly. Is there anything i can do to improve my viewing...can't afford sky:(. Any help appreciated. Thanks .
