Carlow to Citywest

Just wondering if anyone is currently doing this commute? I figure its about 40-45 mins to get from Carlow to the turn off for city west but wondering how long it takes to get through the traffic into citywest itself. Travelling at peak times 9-5 job.. any info would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Personally I'd take the exit before citywest and head in through Saggart and go in the back way to citywest. I don't do a trip every day but if I have to at peak time that is the quickest way I find.
