    Stats as of today (01/10/2013)
    Age: 21
    Height: 181cm/5ft 11
    Weight: 75.9kg/167lbs
    BF: 13.8% (Not accurate because calipers were not used)

    Goals:
    Improve overall fitness and health
    Hit 180lbs with a clean bulk within the New Year
    Add lean mass and size (Doing this by staying under 15% year round)
    Win a Senior Club Football Championship before i'm 25
    Get a 1.1 in my degree
    Gym at least 5x per week until May with a break every 6 weeks or when I feel i'm over training
    Take pictures and weigh myself atleast every two weeks
    Explore other ways to improve fitness - e.g MMA, Parkour, Gymnastics, Pilates
    Eat clean atleast 90% of the time (at least one cheat meal per week)
